A Seattle native, Bryan started his hospitality career when he was 15 years old as a busboy and prep cook at a local diner. After high school, Bryan moved to NYC to pursue a career in musical theatre and acted professionally on the stage for 5 years.
After graduating Baruch College in 2009, Bryan was fortunate to work at Eleven Madison Park and helped the team achieve a 4-star review from The New York Times. A while after, he served as the Head Bartender at Dovetail, was the General Manager of the Living Room & Plaza at the Standard Highline, and held various management positions with LDV Hospitality and Scott Conant Management as the Assistant General Manager (Faustina), General Manager (Scarpetta & SC Culinary Suite), and the Director of F&B at the Paramount Hotel where Bryan oversaw the development and production of the critically-acclaimed "Queen of the Night" at the Diamond Horseshoe.
Before rejoining the Made Nice team as the General Manager of NoMad in 2016, Bryan served as the Director of Times Square Operations for BR Guest Hospitality.
