The NoMad’s approach to food and beverage is refined yet easy and well-rooted in the abundance of ingredients native to California. The menu is complemented by one of the world’s most extensive wine programs, with over 1000 selections ranging from affordable to indulgent, and a world-class cocktail program overseen by NoMad’s own award-winning mixologist, Leo Robitschek. The culinary and beverage teams are led by Chef de Cuisine Rudy Lopez, Wine Director Ryan Bailey, and Food and Beverage Director, Christian Philippo.
Reservations are accepted for daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch in The Restaurant and a few tables are set aside for walk-ins throughout the day.
