With sweeping views of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline, the Rooftop features an outdoor café, cocktail bar, and a lushly landscaped pool area. The pool is reserved for hotel guests from sunrise to sunset while the café and bar are open to the public all day, serving NoMad classics and a seasonal menu of al fresco fare.

The restaurant sits at the heart of the hotel in a soaring space under the building’s stunning original 1920’s blue and gold Italianate ceiling. Serving a menu that reflects the easy freshness of California as well as the classics that NoMad is known for, the restaurant is equally suited for casual meals and landmark celebrations. An award-winning cocktail program under the direction of Leo Robitschek and a vast selection of wines curated by Head Sommelier Ryan Bailey complement the menu.

Situated just off the main lobby, The Giannini Bar is named for Amadeo Giannini, founder of The Bank of Italy, who originally commissioned the building for his corporate headquarters.
Handsome and well-appointed, the bar features a wide selection of classic and proprietary cocktails crafted by our award-winning Bar Director, Leo Robitschek. Leo and his team received the honor of “America’s Best Bar Team” at the 2017 Spirited Awards. Additionally, The NoMad Bar in New York was recently recognized as “Best Bar in North America” and ranked #3 in the world at the 2017 World’s 50 Best Bars.

Inspired by the grand cafes of Venice, the Coffee Bar serves espresso and pastries to enjoy in the cafe or take away, as well as a cocktail and wine menu. Seasonally, The Coffee Bar expands its offerings to include a Scoop Shop menu of gelato and other frozen treats.
Abram brings a particular passion for the NoMad brand which he helped to build from its inception. As opening Chef de Cuisine in 2012, he was instrumental in creating the distinct NoMad New York culinary voice that earned it a Michelin star for what the guide calls "the kitchen's ability to turn the ordinary into the sublime."
Rudy P. Lopez joined NoMad Los Angeles as Sous Chef when the hotel opened in 2017, eventually working his way to Chef de Cuisine in 2019. Rudy brings a unique voice to the NoMad menu that reflects his diverse experience as a native of Los Angeles.
NoMad is home to a celebrated cocktail program led by Leo Robitschek, having earned numerous Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program, Best Bar in North America and #4 in the world on the list of 50 Best Bars in 2018.
In 2013 Ryan joined the team at NoMad New York, and quickly rose to the rank of Head Sommelier. He now leads the NoMad Los Angeles wine team and curates the property's extensive wine and beer program. Under Ryan's leadership, NoMad Los Angeles has amassed the largest Champagne list in the world with over 750 bottles.
