NoMad is home to a celebrated cocktail program led by Leo Robitschek, having earned numerous Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program, Best Bar in North America and #4 in the world on the list of 50 Best Bars in 2018. In 2020, Leo received a James Beard Award for The NoMad Cocktail Book.
Chris was part of the opening team at NoMad New York, serving in several instrumental roles. After departing to pursue an MBA in Dublin, Chris returns to lead the NoMad London hospitality and dining room teams as General Manager.
From California, Megan found hospitality while studying Anthropology at Columbia University. In London, she has opened and operated restaurants with POLPO Ltd., Soho House & Co., The Clove Club Restaurant Group and Davies & Brook. Megan opened NoMad London as Project Manager before becoming Assistant Food & Beverage Director and then Director of Food & Beverage.
Liana was born and raised in Shepparton, Australia and made her way to New York City in 2017 where she went on to become the Bar Manager at World’s Best Bar – Dante. Liana moved to London in 2021, bringing her passion and talent to the opening team and after a year became the Bar Director here at NoMad London.
Moving to London in her twenties, Alessia landed a job at London’s Terroir, sparking a career in hospitality and instilling an insatiable curiosity and thirst for knowledge about the world of wine. Alessia found her path running beverage programmes at restaurants such as Fera at Claridge’s and Restaurant Story. She joined the NoMad London in 2024 as Wine Director.
