REGARDING TICKET SALES:
To begin, please ensure you are purchasing tickets to the proper date and time. There are usually multiple performances per evening.
Also please ensure you are selecting the correct seating tier—tickets are priced at 3 levels, Premier at $129, Reserved at $109, and General at $89, not including tax. The price takes into account the proximity to the stage and interactivity of those seats within the show. There are no obstructed view seats, but the theater does not have “stadium-style” seating.
While all sales are final, tickets are transferrable. Transferred ticket holders can simply check in under the original purchaser’s name on show night.
That being said, one does not need a physical ticket to gain admission, just check in under the purchaser’s name. All guests’ names are not required and all guests can gain entry under the original purchaser’s names.
As all sales are final we do not run a waitlist for specific performances. The ticketing portal on the website accurately represents available tickets in real-time
We can only sell tickets in pairs of two, no exceptions. This is due to the nature of the seating and the theater. We apologize that we cannot offer odd-numbered tickets at this time.
For groups larger than eight, contact us.
We release tickets 12 weeks in advance for Saturday and the late show on Fridays, and four weeks in advance for the early show on Fridays and Thursdays. Tickets are released at 1:00 am EST, and they tend to sell out within a few minutes. We cannot speak to dates in the future further than this timeframe.
